Over a few energizing days, colleagues from across our offices took time to reconnect, recharge, and reflect, enjoying outdoor activities, team-building moments, and plenty of laughter along the way. It was a meaningful opportunity to step away from daily routines and strengthen the bonds that power our work every day.
At RBA, we believe that strong relationships and a supportive culture are essential to our continued success and this trip was a perfect reminder of that.
