This week, RBA Vietnam had the pleasure of joining a thought-provoking round table discussion on “Investing in the Manufacturing Industry in Vietnam,” hosted by the Master’s in Franco-Asian Business Law program of University Paris-Panthéon Assas and the University of Economics and Law, Ho Chi Minh City.

The event served as an enriching platform connecting legal professionals and academia, equipping law students with essential insights into Vietnam’s evolving legal and business landscape.
The discussion opened with Julien Tran, Country Manager of RBA Vietnam and Vice-Chair of CCI France Vietnam – CCIFV, offering a strategic overview of foreign investment trends in Vietnam. This was followed by an in-depth session from Alexandre H., Head of Advisory Services at RBA, who examined the taxation of foreign investments in Vietnam, comparing it with Singapore and Hong Kong frameworks.

A special thank you to fellow panelists Viet Anh Pham and Benoît Tardy for their expertise across key areas such as commercial law, taxation, intellectual property, and regulatory updates.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to Dreamplex and Zoee Nguyen, CEO of Dreamplex, for graciously hosting us at their newest location.
🌟 Thank you to all participants for creating a collaborative and insightful experience. We look forward to continuing our support for the next generation of legal professionals in Vietnam.
