Our speakers, Julien Tran and Alexandre Ho Thanh, led an engaging session covering recent and upcoming regulatory changes, including:
- Vietnam’s new Land Law and Real Estate Business Law
- Key tax updates such as Transfer Pricing, Global Minimum Tax, and OECD BEPS 2.0
- A look ahead to the draft Corporate Income Tax (CIT) law, expected to be reviewed by the National Assembly in May 2025
